Locust, NC – City Wide Exterminating’s Director of Operations, Ashley Morrison, has been selected by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) as a member of the inaugural class of the executive leadership program.
The program was announced in November with a goal to identify passionate leaders engaged in the industry and their communities, and prepare them for leadership roles within the national association.
During those months, the NPMA vetted more than 40 applicants from across the country for the two-year program. The final ten participants were selected through a rigorous application process, which included leadership history and potential, industry participation, and commitment to professional development, among other factors.
Morrison says she is honored to be chosen and excited about the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with other industry leaders across the nation.
The NPMA’s two-year program begins in January and includes ongoing mentorship and communication with NPMA leaders. The curriculum will focus on the history and future plans of the association, leadership skills development, public policy and legislative issue navigation, and skills related to strategic management and planning.
