2024 Best Places to Work in Pest Control
City Wide Exterminating was recently named as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Pest Control. This program was created by PCT and Best Companies Group.
This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in pest control, benefiting the economy, workforce and businesses in the industry of Pest Control. The list is made up of 13 companies.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a pest management professional firm serving the structural pest control industry. This includes firms offering any mix of general pest control, termite control, mosquito control, fumigation, wildlife control and the like. This does not include industry suppliers, distributors, universities, food service operations, health departments, governments and others
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Be based in the U.S. or Canada
- Have a minimum of 10 full-time or part-time employees working in the U.S. or Canada
- Must be in business a minimum of 1 year
Companies in pest control entered the two-part survey process to determine the 2024 Best Places to Work in Pest Control. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
