We are not only doing our part to limit the spread of COVID-19 by following appropriate protocols, but are also still working to do our usual job: provide pest reduction services for your homes and businesses to keep them safe and pest-free.
All of our service members and technicians are following the guidelines issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) regarding travel, health, exposure, and working/returning to work.
We are ensuring that all of our employees fully and comprehensively understand what it means to be “possibly exposed” or “exposed” in an effort to limit possible transmission. All of our service technicians have the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and sanitizer to safely service your home. As a part of our precautions, we are also allowing employees to remain home without penalty if they are feeling under the weather.
We understand that this pandemic is a first for many of us, and all of us are learning as we go. We also understand that the uncertain nature of the situation allowing our technicians onto your property can be a worrisome experience. We assure you that City Wide is taking every precaution company-wide, as outlined in our guidelines above. However, if you choose to reschedule your appointment to a later date, we will accommodate your decision by waiving all cancellation fees.
