    • Is pest control safe or pet-friendly for my home or office (children, pets & plants)?

      Pesticides pose very little risk when handled and applied according to the manufacturer’s label and in accordance with state regulations. We take precautions to keep you, your family, pets, and your home safe. Through application and integrated pest management (IPM), our technicians can help solve your pest problems in the most responsible way possible.

    • What is involved in your pest control services?

      First we start with an assessment. We figure out why you’re having the pest problem, where it may be coming from, and how to eliminate it. Our technicians then treat accordingly and discuss any recommendations for ongoing pest prevention with you.

    • Do you offer any guarantees?

      City Wide Exterminating guarantees to provide a pest-free home while using the most environmentally responsible, pet-friendly pest control solutions at an affordable rate. If you select an annual service agreement for pest control, and a problem arises between treatments, we provide additional targeted treatments at no charge.

    • Do I need to leave my home or office for treatment?

      Not typically. Most pest control services can be performed with residents present. More extensive treatments, such as bed bug extermination and flea removal, require a 4-hour vacancy period following treatment.

    • What is the typical cost for pest control services?

    • How long will it take to get an on-site appointment?

      Most appointments can be serviced within 2-3 days. We strive to accommodate all scheduling requests.
